Time came, he would also extend assistance to the communities who came to ask for help. By then, he was already earning stipends off voluntary services he offered to the public. His skills effectively enabled him to help in these causes. However, low income had to give way to a life of injustice and destitution.

To him, only the word “abject” could best describe the situation of such victims. To his mind, the dignity of these destitute people could only be given back to them through empowerment. But at the height of his agitation against destitution and injustice, he himself would experience a revolution – spiritual, that is. In 2002, as he was agonizing to search for the best way to emancipate the communities from abject poverty, he came to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior. As he began to know Jesus deeper, Jesse trusted His love and His power to bring about changes in the plight of the community.

In 2004-2006, he founded the Vision ministries international and Active blessing Uganda, a non-sectarian/profit Bible and Worship-based Christian ministry. He led a pioneering massive evangelism in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa and preached about the good news of the salvation of Jesus Christ. His message of hope resounded across Nations. Jesse would always say that one cannot love God without loving the nation. Because God loves people. His long experience as a philanthropist harmonizes well with one of his favorite passages in the Bible, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’’ (Jeremiah 29:11) In 2013, he founded Mbula Mult-projects and construction in south Africa a construction company based in Uganda and South Africa. In 2018 he founded Shambach Contrivers a construction and business consulting firm based in the USA and in 2022 he founded US scholastic and relief conservatory (USSARC), a philanthropist organization based in USA and both these companies have helped Jesse’s vison.

Rev. Dr. Jesse’s raging passion, fire and zeal for worship and community empowerment soon became a consuming passion for God, fire for the Gospel and zeal for evangelism. Out of the overflow of his spiritual turning point, he began to share Jesus with family members and friends, then in Bible studies and church gatherings. It was evident from the start that God’s special touch was upon him. Rev. Dr. Jesse’s vision is to reach out to all people with the Gospel wherever they are – in the USA or in other countries- and to all nationalities in the four-corners of the earth. To pursue this vision, Adoration hub has established chapters in US, and Africa with plans to reaching out mostly the entire globe. Recently, God instructed Rev. Jesse to launch a massive evangelization campaign aimed at touching the major cities of the world with the transforming power of Jesus.
